Finance Committee
Recommends to the Board of Directors appropriate accounting and bookkeeping procedures, determines and structures business units, establishes general ledger accounts, reviews financial statements, oversees year-end tax preparation. Along with President and 1st Vice President prepares monthly and consolidated annual budget to be submitted to the Board of Directors for approval.
