Silent and Live Auctions will again be held to benefit the Kentucky Quarter Horse Youth Association.

Registrations close at 4:00 pm (ET) on January 29, 2025, and are limited to the first 120 registrations for guaranteed seating.

Registrations will not be accepted onsite. All registrations must be made and paid for in advance. Cancellations with a full refund will be made only if we are notified by 4:00 pm on January 29, 2025.

This is notice of the Annual Membership Meeting. Pre-registration is required for those planning to attend the awards banquet. Note: you must have paid your 2025 KyQHA/KyQHYA membership in order to vote on any action items at the General Membership Meeting. You may renew your membership at registration or prior to the membership meeting if it has expired.
